Our Ruby Gin is designed for the new exciting range of flavoured tonics and mixers, especially when garnished with sweet seasonal fruit like strawberries or a slice of orange. It makes a gorgeous pink gin cocktail and a spectacular Negroni.

Spice Island Gin, also a multi award-winning gin, is a dry distilled gin with just a hint of sweet spices found on the spice island of Zanzibar.  It is a beautifully smooth sipping gin with complex spice flavours that linger on the tongue.   Designed to take you to the exotic side, it is subtle and sweet with Indian Tonic and a slice of Ruby Grapefruit.  Add a splash of cranberry juice for something really, really special

Three Citrus Gin,  is a delicious distilled gin with fresh zesty citrus flavours from selected fruit grown locally in citrus orchards of the Western Cape.  The tangy flavours are mellowed with sweet citrus candy flavours of fresh lemon grass grown at the distillery.  Beautiful with Indian tonic or citrus flavoured mixers, especially spiked with our secret Orange Bitters
