Description

The Gin and Cranberry Jam is a versatile and delicious preserve especially suitable for festive occasions.

Crammed with richly flavoured cranberries lifted by orange and lemon zest and juice, and boosted with a splash or two of award-winning Spice Island Gin,  the jam offers a full-flavoured fruit base, perfectly balanced between sweet and tart, with complex and intriguing spice flavours from the gin tantalising the palate.

Although delicious as a simple spread on breakfast toast or scones, it also pairs well with cheese and is sublime when served with a baked Camembert cheese coated with sesame seeds.   And of course, it is a perfect accompaniment to your Christmas or Thanksgiving roast turkey.

The jam is carefully and lovingly prepared in small batches in Neen’s Kitchen  exclusively for Deep South Distillery and contains no artificial flavours or preservatives.
