Description

A classic and delicious strawberry jam,  packed with lots and lots of fresh ripe strawberries, and infused with a splash or two of aromatic floral Deep South Ruby Gin.

The gorgeous summer fruit  flavours of the strawberries tease the tastebuds with a perfect balance of sweet and tart , with just a hint of citrus.  The floral impact of the Ruby Gin creates a hint of Turkish Delight from the rose pelargonium while the other florals, elderberries and honeybush create interesting aromas and flavours that set this jam apart from the pack.

The jam is carefully and lovingly prepared in small batches in Neen’s Kitchen  exclusively for Deep South Distillery and contains no artificial flavours or preservatives.  It contains only fresh strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and Ruby Gin, giving it a vibrant colour and a flavour that is simply amazing.   Our  Gin and Strawberry jam is a perfect accompaniment to home-baked scones, farm butter and clotted cream, and adds authentic strawberry flavours in cakes, desserts and tarts.
