A simple but delicious cocktail that perfectly balances the sweet spicy citrus of the gin with the touch of bitterness from the garnish and tonic.
- 50ml Deep South Spice Island Gin
- 25ml Cranberry Juice
- 200ml good Indian Tonic
- 4-6 blocks of ice
- Slice of sweet, pink grapefruit
- Pour Gin over ice cubes into tall glass
- Add tonic to taste.
- Float cranberry juice over the top
- Garnish with slice of pink grapefruit
Add a dash of Angostura Bitters for extra zing
