Ingredients
- 75ml Deep South Amber Rum
- 200 ml spicy fiery fizzy ginger beer
- Fresh Lime cut lengthways into 4 wedges
- 5 ml sugar syrup (or vanilla syrup)
- Deep South Aromatic bitters
- Ice
To make
- Add a handful of ice to a tall glass
- Squeeze 3 of the lime wedges into the glass and discard peels
- Add rum, syrup and ginger beer and stir gently
- Add two splashes bitters on top and garnish with last lime wedge
