Ingredients
- 50ml Deep South Chilli Vodka
- juice of half a lime
- 1 tsp of grenadilla (passion fruit) pulp
- 1 long cayenne pepper chilli or similar, slit diagonally with seeds removed
- 200ml dry Ginger Ale
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 4-6 ice cubes
To make
- Combine Chilli Vodka, lime juice, grenadilla pulp in a glass
- Add chilli, and 2-3 mint leaves slightly bruised and fill glass with ice
- Top up with Ginger Ale
- Garnish with a fresh chilli, slice of lime and a mint sprig
