We take exceptional care in the manufacture, packaging and shipping of all of our products. However, if your order is visibly damaged or if the parcel appears to have been tampered with, we will replace the product at no cost to you. We request that you take a picture of the damage and make a note on the delivery documents before you sign them. This information is needed in order to process the replacement. If we are unable to replace the product, you may request a substitute product to the same value, or elect to receive a refund.
