Ingredients
- 35ml (1½ tots) Deep South Absinthe
- 25ml simple syrup
- 25ml freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 50ml chilled water
- 4 thick slices cucumber, no rind
To make
- Muddle cucumber, lime juice and sugar syrup in a glass.
- Stir in absinthe and then fill with ice.
- Garnish with cucumber slices
