Ingredients
- 12ml (½ tot) Deep South Absinthe
- 25ml Deep South Three Citrus gin
- 25ml freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 25ml orange liqueur
(Cointreau, Triple Sec or similar) - 12 ml Deep South Orange Bitters
Method
- Swirl Absinthe in a chilled glass to coat inside. Discard excess
- Add gin, lemon, liqueur to a shaker
- Shake with ice until very well chilled
- Strain into prepared glass.
- Float orange bitters on top
