Deep South Three Citrus Gin is a spirit completely made for for the Dry Martini. It needs to be made with ice-cold gin, a splash of vermouth, a dash of bitters and a carefully matched garnish of citrus or savoury flavour – lemon-stuffed olives would be perfect. Serve very, very cold, in chilled glasses.
- 50ml Deep South Three Citrus Gin, very chilled
- 12 ml Dry Vermouth
- 3 dashes of Deep South Orange Bitters
- Stuffed or pitted green olives on a cocktail stick
- Twist of lemon zest
- Ice
To make
- Place martini glasses into the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
- Prepare your garnish before you make the cocktail
- Fill a cocktail shaker with two handsful of ice. Pour in gin and vermouth, and add a couple shakes of orange bitters

- Add garnish
Variation
For a Dirty Martini , add a small amount of brine from your pickle or olive jar to give the drink a salty savoury taste.
