Deep South Premium Brandy Five is a carefully crafted blend of fine Cape Potstill Brandy, matured for at least five years in French oak barrels, and pure distilled grape spirit.

Time in oak gives the potstill brandy its depth and character. Over five years of maturation, the spirit slowly develops layers of ripe fruit, warm spice, toasted oak and subtle vanilla, while the French oak contributes richness, colour and a gentle hint of smokiness. This mature brandy is then carefully blended with a clean, beautifully smooth grape spirit to create a brandy that is generous in flavour, yet remarkably soft and approachable.

On the nose, expect inviting aromas of ripe fruit, dried apricot and warm spice, followed by hints of vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. The palate is rich, rounded and silky, with mellow fruit sweetness balanced by gentle oak and spice. A lingering warmth and delicate touch of smoke make for a satisfyingly smooth finish.
